In the past they have seriously not seemed to give a sh1t so why would tonight be any different ?

They identified the fault with the patch and are now about to patch it, all in the space of less than two hours. Seems like they give a "sh1t" to me.

Well they could give you more time then this ffs 19mins, they should know that some players accepted missions before the downtimemessage. What can you do in 19mins??????
Dock and put the coffee on. Your mission is good for seven days....or are you just complaining about losing the bonus award?

He was ranting that ccp donŠt give a sh1t, I countered with his options and the fact that a problem had been identified and a hotfix created in under 2 hours, which would seem to refute his claim.
Noone denies his right to be unhappy with the situation, but insulting ccp on thier own forums is perhaps not the right way to go about airing a grievance, especially as they ARE fixing the problem.
The way standing works afaik, is when you complete the mission you gain standing, not when you accept the mission. Therefore applying the patch now, before people have a chance to complete missions is a good idea. In this case a speedy shut down and application of said patch is the best bet. Once the servers are up, people can continue with thier missions with no adverse effect......apart from a few people losing bonuses.
Complain away, you pay to do so, itŠs your right. DonŠt insult the people doing the work though.
Being anonymous doesnŠt give you the right to be obnoxious.
Now if youŠll excuse me I have to whitewash my rock.
